From receipt of your equipment here we aim to service and return within 72 hours to ensure a speedy turnaround and your monitor is back with you in an acceptable timescale.

When the equipment is serviced it will be returned to you with return carriage and insurance built into the service cost and will be with you complete with fully traceable calibration certificate for your records.

Our Service Diary mangement system will also ensure that a reminder is sent to you via post or email when the equipment is next due its service or calibration so you never need to worry.
